About shooting studio fee

Free cancellation up to 5 days before the confirmed reservation.
The studio is basically an advance payment system. Please pay by bank transfer/credit card.
Receipts are issued only for commercial use.
Number of users: Up to 10 people(10 people or more 1,650 yen/person additional charge)
The usage fee for the studio will be charged from the time you enter the room to the complete removal..
If you exceed the end time by 15 minutes or more, you will be charged an additional 60 minutes. Security cameras are used to check entry and exit.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm when making a reservation.

Studio facilities, equipment and fixtures

Damage to equipment, fixtures, and facilities due to negligence on the part of the user will be fully compensated.
If it is determined that repair is necessary, after requesting repair to a company designated by our company, you will be responsible for the full amount of the "repair price" and "damaged equipment, fixtures, and equipment" until the repair is completed.
Please understand that equipment, fixtures, and facilities may not be available or available due to maintenance, breakage, or other circumstances.Please check the situation in advance.
If the equipment, equipment, facilities, etc. are damaged or damaged due to customer's carelessness, compensation will be guaranteed. In addition, if the business becomes impossible due to the damage, we will compensate for the number of days of suspension.

About location scouting

Location scouting requires a reservation of 30 minutes. (free)
We can guide you in the vacant date and time.
Our staff will guide you.
Since reservations are given priority, schedule adjustments may be made even after location scouting is decided.

Temporary reservation (keep)

Temporary reservation (keep) is valid for 6 days before the shooting date, and 20 days before if you use it for 2 or more consecutive days.
Please inform us of your intention to decide or cancel within the period. If there is no contact, it will be automatically canceled.
Please note that if you are a 1st keep customer and do not contact us even after the deadline, priority will be given to customers after the 2nd keep.
Our studio accepts temporary reservations (keep) on the premise of confirmed priority.

About shooting

Outside the facility, common areas of the building,Please refrain from taking pictures outside the studio grounds.
Please be sure to apply at the time of reservation for items to bring, building materials, etc.
From the time you enter the studio to the time you completely remove it, the shooting time is subject to additional charges.
Since the neighborhood is a residential area, the usage time is basically from 7:00 to 22:00.
Shooting with high volume, dangerous useis not allowed.
We do not accept shooting involving fire, moisture, smoke, oil, etc., that is significantly damaged or dirty, or special shooting that cannot be expected to be completely restored to its original state.
The use of generators and vehicles equipped with generators is prohibited.
As a general rule, use for purposes contrary to public order and morals, such as photography that causes stains that cannot be restored to its original state, is prohibited.
Please refrain from using strong duct tapes, nails, screws, thumbtacks, etc. on walls, floors, ceilings, etc. in the studio.
Entering the studio with bare feet
Depending on the content of the shooting, we may refuse it. In addition, we do not allow any use other than the purpose of use entered in the application form.
We do not have assistants in our studio, so please bring in the equipment and set it up yourself.
Adult, nude, and semi-nude photography is not permitted.
Please be sure to contact us by phone as there are some restrictions on shooting swimsuits and underwear depending on the content.
Our studio and the owner of the building will not be held responsible for any reason if the shooting is interrupted while using our studio.
Pets and animals can be photographed and brought in, but ferocious animals and large animals may be refused. Please be sure to contact us in advance.
Any scratches or stains on the floor, walls, ceiling, etc. will be returned to the original condition.
*For significant damage, a separate restoration fee will be charged.
Our staff may come and go in the studio.
The studio has no resident staff, and smart locks are used to manage entry and exit. Security cameras are monitored and recorded 24 hours a day.
Bringing in alcoholic beverages, drinking, and intoxicated persons are prohibited from entering the facility.
We will claim compensation for damages if smoking (no open flames) is detected in or around the facility.

About parking

Parking lot is not available.
Under no circumstances will our company or the building owner be held responsible for any damages or accidents to the vehicle.
When moving in and out, please refrain from making noises that may disturb the neighbors, such as using mobile phones, car engine sounds, music, etc., and parking on the street.
Please refrain from blocking the entrance of the building with vehicles, etc. during loading and unloading.

About security cameras

In order to use the rental studio more safely and fairly, we are confirming the installation of remote monitoring cameras in the rental studio.
If the customer violates the studio's terms of use and is forced to stop using the studio at the discretion of the studio,We may suspend the shooting without security, and in that case, we will charge a fine of 50,000 yen (tax included).
If there is a false statement between the content of the application and the actual content of the shooting (such as the number of users, the content of the shooting, and the still shooting course but actually shooting a video, etc.), a fine of 50,000 yen will be charged. .
For security reasons, we record video from security cameras installed in the studio and at the entrance.

Other notes

In any case, we will dispose of the deposited and forgotten items within one week from the date of occurrence.
There is no resident staff, so advance reservations are required when sending luggage.
The studio/building owner will not be held responsible for any damages to the user that occur within the facility, such as unexpected fires, theft, damage to equipment, or personal injury.
All areas of the building, including the studio, are non-smoking.
Please take your garbage home with you.
We do not have professional assistants in our studio.
You are responsible for loading/unloading, moving/setting equipment, etc.
The specifications of the studio (furniture, lighting, floors, walls, etc.) are subject to change, so please check with the staff in advance.
Some furniture, fixtures, and accessories cannot be moved. Some items are delicate, so please do not drag them when moving them. Also, if you move, please take responsibility and return it to its current state.
Please note that there are no LAN cables or telephone lines in the studio.

In the unlikely event that there is a complaint from the neighborhood due to someone related to the user, the shooting may be suspended without security, and a fine of 60,000 yen (tax included) will be charged at that time. . In addition, if the situation develops into a situation that affects the survival of the studio for that reason, we will claim compensation for damages commensurate with the content.
